- Total Footprint: ~50.5″ Wide x 46″ Deep
- Height: 83.5″
- Product weight: ~133 lbs
- Steel Gauge: 14-gauge (2×2″ uprights)
- Weight Capacity: 800 lbs
- Key Features: Multi-grip pullup bar, two sets of safety bars (chrome plated), very accessory-friendly (purchased separately).
- Space requirement: Medium (Compact Full Cage)
- HGM take: Arguably the internet’s best known budget power rack (full cage), and for a HGM shopper, it would be the cheaper alternative to the the REP PR-1100 (which we think is best-in-class). Its dimensions, footprint, and steel are nearly identical to its main competitor, and it’s usually cheaper. Why isn’t it as good as the REP? It doesn’t even have J-Cups (forget having them lined); they are chrome bar holders. The horizontal beams securing the back uprights are at mid-heights, which won’t offer quite as much stability. However, this rack has famously withstood a 700lb drop from shoulder level to its pins, and passed the test (not unscathed, but impressive nevertheless).
