I built my first true home gym during the very beginning of the 2020 pandemic, and it completely changed my life. That’s Pandemic Me there, still during the lockdown months, so proud of the home gym I’d just built.
As the years went by, my life got busier—leading teams at a software company, getting married, becoming a father. I quickly realized that a home gym wasn’t a luxury; it was a necessity. It was the only way I could consistently fit in the training that kept me sane and strong.
So, I kept building them, learning with each one. This has become a true passion of mine. I believe virtually anyone’s life can be improved with a home gym, and my mission with this site is to provide the honest, practical advice to help you build yours.
